Beatriz Terra Aleshinsky

Advises domestic and foreign clients in several real estate transactions involving urban and rural properties. She has experience in conducting real estate due diligences in the context of financing transactions, M&A, acquisition of properties and issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI), as well as in the drafting and negotiation of contractual instruments, constitution of real rights and real guarantees.
