With over 15 years of experience in capital markets, working on contracts and public offerings of CRIs, CRAs, and other securities such as CCBs, CCIs, CPRs, Commercial Notes, and Debentures, as well as in the formation and operation of FIIs, FIAGROs, and the conduct of legal audits. His practice also includes involvement in processes for exemption from registration of public offerings of collective investment contracts, and the accreditation of individuals and legal entities with the CVM to provide third-party asset management services. Extensive experience in the structuring, forming, and distributing shares of other structured funds such as FIPs and FIDCs, as well as financial funds (FIFs).
