Eliane Ribeiro Gago

Partner responsible for the labor law practice at the firm, with over 29 years of experience. She regularly advises leading companies in the Brazilian market in the real estate development and construction sectors, public service concessions, home care, educational institutions, among others. Eliane has a strong presence in strategic litigation cases for clients, in all court instances and across various states in Brazil, involving individual and collective labor issues, as well as conducting investigations initiated by the Public Ministry of Labor and Public Civil Actions on topics such as slave labor, working hours, moral harassment, occupational health and safety, quotas for people with disabilities, apprentice quotas, outsourcing, discrimination, among other issues. She also works in labor audits, collective bargaining, including negotiations at the Regional Labor Office, collective agreement negotiations with unions, and other matters related to labor union law. She provides training on topics related to the prevention of moral and sexual harassment and workplace safety on construction sites (NR 18 and 35).
