Has solid experience in investment fund transactions and real estate financing transactions in general, with more than 10 years of practice in the area. Has participated in several transactions involving FII, FI-Infra, FIAGRO and FIP, both in their formation and in their respective public offerings, particularly in transactions of significant importance to the capital markets, such as the largest IPO of a real estate investment fund (FII) in the market; participation in the structuring and development of the legal thesis that enabled the creation of the first distributed generation FII in the market; the structuring of the first FIAGROs in the market; the structuring of Eletrobrás’ FMPs (mutual privatization funds); work on one of the first FIP-IEs focused on distributed generation assets; and the structuring of the consultation submitted to the CVM that gave rise to the precedent allowing the repurchase of quotas in FIIs.
