The Firm was featured in a recent publication by the international portal The Latin American Lawyer for its role in the first issuance of quotas of JS Crédito Estruturado III Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário. The public offering totaled BRL 636,072,000.00.

The transaction was conducted under the automatic registration procedure within the scope of the CVM-ANBIMA technical cooperation agreement, pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 160. Banco Safra acted as lead underwriter for the offering, while Duarte Garcia acted as legal counsel to the real estate fund's manager.

The work was led by Helena Mendonça de Toledo Arruda Caldas, João Pedro Bertanha de Nadai, and Maria Isabela Santa Bárbara de Macedo.
